Production Employee - $25.96/hour after Probation

We are looking for candidates who are interested in a growth opportunity in a production environment; training will be provided in various areas of the mill.

Starting pay is $25.96 after successful completion of the probation period.

Job duties include: Operate and inspect equipment such as overhead cranes, hoists, power industrial trucks; utilize computer systems to monitor and control the process; assist in the cleaning and start-up of production equipment as requested; perform required and pertinent record checks.

Required skills include:
High School Degree or Equivalent
Safety conscious and exhibit a consistent safe work ethic
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
Enthusiastic, positive attitude; be cooperative, flexible, and be able to coordinate and prioritize assignments with multiple areas
Excellent computer skills

Preferred skills include:
Completion of two years post-secondary education preferred; diploma, license or certification achieved
