You are also passionate about training and development and have experience creating and delivering training to a variety of audiences.

What the job is:

This role is about aligning the HR strategy with business objectives with a primary focus on our California Timberlands and California Chip Dock locations. • Support performance management by coaching managers and guiding the annual review process.
  • Identify and deliver training programs company-wide, from compliance training to professional development courses.
  • Be an active part of the operational HR team, including backing up staffing and recruiting processes and jumping in to help address employee needs in CA and in other divisions as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR practices and continuously look for ways to enhance our service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, management, and external contacts, representing Green Diamond as a top employer.

What the department is like:

The HR team is collaborative, proactive, and uses our knowledge of the HR profession and our knowledge of the industry to partner closely with the business.
