The ForestryWorks® Job Board has been upgraded to better support employers and job seekers across the forest industry. While job postings will still appear on state pages of the ForestryWorks website—amplifying visibility through partner outreach—they now also benefit from a more advanced, centralized job platform. When a job seeker selects a position, they are now routed to the full listing at jobs.forestryworks.com, the new home of the ForestryWorks Job Board. This updated platform offers additional features and functionality for both employers and job seekers, making it easier to manage listings, explore opportunities, and support meaningful connections across the forest industry workforce.

The upgraded platform offers a range of tools to simplify job posting and improve recruitment outcomes, including:

• A clean, user-friendly interface for easy navigation and management
• Automated job posting options through direct integration with many applicant tracking systems (ATS), as well as XML or JSON feeds
• Employer profiles and dashboards with built-in performance metrics
• Enhanced search visibility and SEO to drive more traffic to job listings
• UTM tracking capabilities to help employers better understand applicant sources
• Improved job seeker tools, including advanced search, filtering, and email alerts

These enhancements are designed to reduce administrative burden while increasing exposure and engagement with qualified candidates. The ForestryWorks® Job Board continues to serve as a dedicated, industry-focused resource connecting employers with individuals interested in careers across the forest industry—from forest management to manufacturing and beyond.

The ForestryWorks® Job Board is made possible through the Forest Workforce Training Institute (FWTI) and its state and industry partners committed to building a skilled forest workforce. Industry members in affiliated states are encouraged to post their jobs to benefit from the career promotion efforts of ForestryWorks® and its partner network. Use of the job board is currently restricted to use within the network of ForestryWorks Affiliated States.
