Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our dedicated team. You’ll be operating forestry equipment in a fast-paced environment where safety, precision, and teamwork matter. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, if you have a love for the outdoors and enjoy hands-on work, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forestry equipment (i.e. conventional / cut-to-length logging equipment, forestry mulchers, etc)
• Monitor equipment and repair mechanical or safety issues.
• Cleaning and maintenance of trucks and forestry equipment.
• Support efficient workflow by communicating with team members.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical ability and willingness to learn.
• Previous heavy equipment operating experience.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and strong work ethic.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, outdoor-centered environment.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
